Customer Services Representative

**Minimum 2 years Call Center Experience**

 

Job Summary

The objective of this position is to provide assistance for customers with questions or issues regarding products or services. Support will be performed through various channels (telephone, email, fax, etc.) in a call-center environment adhering to scheduled shifts, procedures, and departmental goals.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up with new merchants that have not started processing or have stopped processing, determine why and resolve any issues as identified
  • Receives inbound customer service calls related to: billing and / or reconciliation, merchant account changes, explain/train on processing of transactions both through terminals or within other online websites
  • Identifies the root cause of the client software or system issues and uses system techniques to solve low to moderately complex issues
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to appropriate level of management
  • Works collaboratively and effectively within a team of peers. Maintains a positive, constructive attitude in the workplace
  • Prioritizes work balancing importance from the customer perspective while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Data Entry

Account Sales Representative

 

Job Summary

This is a relationship sales environment. We are the approved vendor for the franchise brand (clients) and our calls are more consultative as we help business owners understand the benefits of signing on for our services. All businesses that take credit cards (99% of all businesses), need payment processing services. Saving money and better customer service just makes sense. Our inside sales team calls on each and every franchisee of the national brands we work with (as preferred vendor), to help them transfer to FPN.

Responsibilities 

  • Outbound phone prospecting, follow-up calls and e-mails to leads in a targeted market
  • Coordinate and set up of merchants to move opportunities through the onboarding process
  • Attention to detail as it relates to the accuracy and completion of necessary paperwork
  • Input all interaction information into CRM System for knowledge management and reporting
  • Meet regularly with cross-functional sales and service team to align and refine efforts and messaging
  • Keep current on service offerings and key value propositions
  • Successfully meet/exceed quotas established for the position
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 1 year of telephone sales experience
  • Proven ability to achieve key performance metrics
  • Enthusiasm for making outbound calls and an engaging phone personality is essential
  • Working independently and as a team player is important
  • CRM software experience preferred
  • Merchant Services sales or operations experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office Software
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Job Type . Full-time

  • Salary + Commission: $35,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
